The Carolwood Pacific Railroad is a 1/8 scale miniature railroad consisting of a steam locomotive and gondola passenger cars that Walt Disney constructed on the grounds of his home in Holmby Hills in 1950. Walt Disney would often ride this railroad with friends and family, enjoying the course that crossed through his garden and pond. To house and maintain this miniature railroad, a barn called the Carolwood Barn was built. After Walt’s passing, in 1999, Walt Disney’s family moved the barn, which Walt referred to as his “happy place,” to its current location.

グリフィス パーク & サザン鉄道は1948 年に初めて開業。グリフィス パーク内を周回する 1 マイルのミニチュアのアンティーク列車に乗車して大人から子供まで楽しむことができます。機関車の動力源は1994 年にガソリン動力からプロパン動力に転換されています。
Griffith Park & Southern Railroad first opened in 1948. You can enjoy a ride on a one-mile miniature antique train that circles within Griffith Park, suitable for both adults and children. The locomotives were converted from gasoline-powered to propane-powered in 1994.
