ジョシュア・ツリー国立公園 / Joshua Tree National Park
ジョシュア・ツリー国立公園は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州南部に位置し、1936 年に国定公園に指定されました。1994年には米国議会がカリフォルニア砂漠保護法を可決し、国立公園として再指定されました。モハベ砂漠に自生するジョシュア ツリー (ユッカ ブレビフォリア) にちなんで名付けられました。この公園は、数多くのハイキングトレイル、野生動物、ジョシュア・ツリーと呼ばれる特別な種類の植物を見ることができます。
Joshua Tree National Park is located in southern California, United States and was designated as a national monument in 1936. In 1994, the US Congress passed the California Desert Protection Act and it was redesignated as a national park. It was named after the Joshua Tree (Yucca brevifolia), which is native to the Mojave Desert. The park offers numerous hiking trails, opportunities to observe wildlife, and experience the unique plant species known as Joshua trees.

雨水の浸食により２つの窪みが形成され頭蓋骨のように見えることからスカルロックと名付けれました。

約30フィートの自然のアーチです。
